Delaware State Calling Championship
VENDOR INFORMATION
The contest will be held on August 22nd and 23rd, 2009
The contest is held outdoors under multiple frame tents. It
is a unique opportunity to show your products or promote an
organization in the ideal environment
Booth spaces are approximately 10 X20, larger spaces are
available. You are responsible for bringing your own tent ,
chairs and table.
10 x 10 Spaces available for conservation groups at no
charge
Electricity is available
The cost of a booth is $50 . Due to the very low cost of
booth space, we would like to encourage vendors to make a
donation to the prize list in the calling contest. This
donation could be product or cash.
Set up is Friday 8/21 2pm-7pm
Deposits are non-mandatory, but the space is limited. Checks
may be made out to DelMar Waterfowl LLC. Deadline for
reserving booth space is July 31st, 2009 , but it is highly
recommended that you reserve early to guarantee a spot.

Media / Advertising
We will be advertising the entire event on Local and
Regional Radio, TV, Newspapers, Hunting publications, Retail
stores, Gun shops, Sporting stores, and multiple contest and
internet sites. Last year, over 500 individuals registered
at the door and the organizers expect even more for this
year’s event. Parking and admission to spectators remain
free. We will go out of our way to make sure vendors are
welcome and meet your needs.
